Bren and Helen raise over £1000 for Take a Break Warwickshire!

Earlier this month Bren Hellier and Helen Cressey took part in The Cotswolds Triathlon, a gruelling 750m swim, 20km bike ride and 5km run!

Not only was this an incredible physical achievment, but they also managed to raise over £1000 for Take a Break... and for this we'd like to say a huge THANK YOU and WELL DONE!

Read more about why Bren and Helen raised funds for Take a Break (taken from their fundraising page):

Bren's son Sam aged 13 year is severely autistic. Each week he has 1:1 support for a few hours after school and attends a Saturday afternoon youth club. This support enables them as a family to have a few hours of respite and for Sam to have a great time in a safe and caring environment.

The charity helps lots of families like theirs by providing community based short breaks for children and young adults who have a disability or life threatening illness, and adults with a learning disability.

This invaluable supports costs money, so Bren is aiming to raise £500 to help towards keeping the provision going.

Please give if you feel you can.

Thank you so much.
