TAB-LO = Take-A-Break Life Opportunities!

We are proud to announce the expansion of our adult daytime activity programme 'TAB-LO.' From January, building on the success of our popular Social Skills, Healthy Eating and Arts and Crafts groups, we will be offering a full programme of activities Monday to Friday aimed at increasing independant living skills, improve fitness and foster creativity.

We thought you'd like to know some of our younger groups have and will be getting up to over the summer holiday.

We have Children's Play-Scheme Groups running all over Warwickshire and Rugby to. So far this summer our groups have enjoyed trips to the zoo, castles, farms, mazes, Drayton Manor and more as well as loads of site based activities including art, sports, sensory, cooking, messy play... 

We can't put all our activities up here (there are just too many) so check out the events page for some highlights.

The FAB TABS are the first to add their summer activities onto the events page of our lovely new website. (we hope you like it). There's allsorts of activities and trips so please have a good look.

FAB TABS is a group for young adults based in Nuneaton that runs activities throughout the year. If you know someone or are someone who might like to join then please get in contact with us.
